Table Massage
Relaxation, Swedish, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue and sports massage, with hot stone therapy available. Sessions from 30 to 120 minutes.
Injury & Chronic Pain
Focused bodywork for injuries and ongoing pain, including treatment billed to insurance with a doctor’s prescription.
On-Site Chair Massage
A brief, oil-free seated massage given through clothing, for workplaces and events. Book online.
Reflexology
A holistic approach that works the reflex points of the feet, or the hands and head, to support the whole body.
Shiatsu & Acupressure
Rooted in Chinese medicine, using finger pressure and gentle stretching along the body’s meridians to restore balance.
Yoga & Energy Work
Yoga instruction and therapy, plus energy work, acupressure and emotional release.

Owner since 1978 · Licensed Massage Practitioner · Certified Yoga Instructor
Teresa offers energy work, acupressure and emotional release, and treats injury and chronic pain, along with yoga therapy.
Steve Schroeder, LMP
Licensed Massage Practitioner
Trained in Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Reiki and deep tissue injury treatment, Steve graduated from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage in Olympia in 2006. He serves several on-site workplace accounts and sees clients at the clinic.
Insurance
Massage billed to insurance
We bill Workers’ Comp and personal injury, and accept Premera Blue Cross, LifeWise, Uniform, Regence, Aetna and Cigna, with pre-approval.
Treatment billed to insurance requires a doctor’s prescription with a diagnosis of medical necessity. Gift certificates are available, and we accept Visa and Mastercard.
